Office relocation Process

In order to book an office move with Santa Clarita Movers, we would like to find you as many details as possible. Please provide us the size of your office in sq.ft, presence of cubicles that need to be dis-assembled, what floor you are currently on, and moving to. Additionally, let us know if you have heavy or bulky office machines, gun safes, machinery, etc. Small to medium sized offices are moved on an hourly rate basis, and for offices larger than 4,000 sq.ft we recommend to order a visual estimate to receive a binding quote.

Many of the commercial relocation projects are performed either after hours, or on weekends in order to minimize disruption of of our clients’ operations. Santa Clarita Movers can work 24/7, if needed, in order to deliver our expert moving solutions when you need them. All of the logistics details are discussed with company executives in order to perform relocation in efficient and organized manners.

On the moving date our moving crews will arrive on fully equipped moving trucks. All of our vehicles are equipped with lift-gates to handle the heaviest items, such as server racks and office machines. We are experienced in dis-assembly and re-assembly of office cubicles and will provide a carpenter for more complex projects if needed. We provide large commercial bins capable of holding a loose content of an average office space to prevent mixing the belongings of employees. Finally, Santa Clarita Moving Company is fully insured an licensed, both for cargo transportation and business liability purposes. We will provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
